I ordered 2 sets of drapes from Lange General Store, they took forever to deliver. I had to phone company to find out what was taking so long. I finally received them but when I opened the package they were a yellow color instead of cream. i returned them and it cost me over $9.00 for shipping then I received a 50% refund because I did not include all of the clear plastic wrap they arrived in. I phoned Lange General Store and spoke with Alicia, who was originally pleasant with me but when I had a problem with my refund it was the opposite, she stated I was advised to return them in plastic wrap and I told her i was not.I will NEVER order from this company again!! Very poor customer service in my book!

Amazing place, all kinds of candies, cooking utensils, antiques and local made items, young lady working behind counter is very helpful, friendly and very pleasant to talk with. I highly recommend you to stop by and see for yourself and you'll love the pleasant scents of the store quick as you walk in.
